MEERANE

The location Meerane has seen dynamic development since 2016.The Industrial Park on 105 Hektar of property is right at highway interchange Meerane/Highway A4 and expressway B93 and is expanding in collaboration with metaWERK and public infrastructure investors and companies.

All investment partners together have invested 800 Mio. € so far. (as of the end of 2022).

Due to the excellent location for logistics, light-industrial and production, 12 leasing contracts with large corporations have been signed, with facilities of about 250.000 m² hall space already completed.

2500 jobs were creatd in the Logistics-and Light-Industrial Park by 2022.
Building permits for the entire property have been approved, so additional facilities of 80.000 m² can be created immediately to provide space for new companies to settle here.
