metaWERK has invested in a new logistics property for just-in-time automotive logistics at highway interchange A6 / A7 (Feuchtwangen/Crailsheim), located in central southern Germany.

• Rehau AG + Co is operating two large factories that produce modules for the auto industry. Rhehau AG+Co is a manufacturer and supplier of polymer parts and systems solutions for the auto industry, specifically in the areas of Exterior, Sealing, Water- and Air Management for top tier OEMs.

• Construction commenced in March 2015 and the completion and start of operations was on time on August 31st 2015.

• On September 16th 2015 all project members celebrated the opening of this new logistics center

• metaWERK Feuchtwangen GmbH is the owner of property
